Language teaching method MF, MV
In the project “My Film, My Story” the FaOC method has been further developed into a practical FaOC teaching method “My Film, My Story”, which can be used at home, at school and within rehabilitation. The teaching method has been developed in close collaboration with the children and young people, their families, schools, rehabilitation centres, Radboud University Nijmegen and the film production company Cam on Wheels. The teaching method can be used at home, at school and within rehabilitation to improve oral language skills (CED and SLO).
In the FaOC teaching method "My Film, My Story" self-made film is used to: a) to support telling stories about an unknown event at home and at school, b) to connect with others, c) to participate and d) to improve speaking skills.
The FaOC teaching method MF, MV consists of 5 modules; 1) theory, 2) film lessons, 3) film editing lessons, 4) FaOC lessons, and 5) the FaOC scorecard. In addition, there are many examples and assignments, in image and word, of how the teaching method can be used at home, at school and in speech therapy. The teaching method is available free of charge for children and young people, schools and rehabilitation centres.

Telling without and with FaOC
There is a login because we further refine the method through knowledge from practice. We would like to ask for your cooperation in this regard. If you only want to use the method without giving feedback, you can also immediately get started with the FaOC teaching method and FaOC score list after logging in.
