The FaOC teaching method “My Film, My Story” has been developed as a language method for use at home, at school and/or within rehabilitation for improving storytelling and oral language skills of students who either speak with difficulty or not. You can register as a teacher or speech therapist, but also as a child or young person yourself. After registration you can get started with practical lessons and assignments in filming, editing and Film as Supported Communication (FaOC). Teachers and speech therapists can also work within the curriculum with a FaOC scoring list to observe storytelling with FaOC and to score on aspects of the oral language proficiency continuous learning line.

As a student, you are the most important party for us! We would like to help you to tell more stories. Telling stories is important for your language development. If you are curious how your teacher and/or the speech therapist can use the teaching method at school, then make sure to sign up as a teacher or speech therapist. It is simply a teaching method for language education.
